 Ron’s hands-on experience with Whistler started in the late 1970's and his passion for the mountains and appreciation for the area has grown ever since. Ron has a wealth of local Whistler and real estate knowledge that he would be pleased to share with you. Rachel Allen is a conscientious and committed advisor. The one thing she loves most about working in real estate is meeting and developing lasting connections with people. She is driven by building and nurturing trusting relationships with clients, community members and industry partners. Drawn to the ski slopes and mountain lifestyle, Rachel moved from Australia to Whistler in 2012. She became established in the community while working in guest services, tourism reservations and sales before transitioning to real estate in 2016.

Armed with a degree in Business from the University of South Australia, Rachel is well versed in communications, marketing and strategic thinking. Her attention to detail, meticulous organisational skills, professionalism and personal approach are the key drivers to her success. Rachel's biggest strengths are her communication skills, drafting contracts, offer strategies and negotiations. She always finds a way to 'go that extra mile' for her clients.
